Player feedback on cabinets was collected verbally and informally. It was inconsistent, unauditable, and effectively unusable for compliance review.

I engineered a QR-triggered feedback workflow embedded directly in ETG cabinets and demo setups. A player scans and submits structured feedback, which lands in a pipeline as auditable records.

I also built an admin panel with automated Confluence sync, so feedback records flow into regulatory compliance reviews and player sentiment analysis without manual re-entry.
